Join pastry chef Andrea Koweek in the kitchen to learn the art and science of making delicious French macarons. We will cover all the steps including making an Italian Meringue, folding, piping, filling, decorating and storing. Gain the confidence to make these delicacies at home with lots of professional tips and tricks.

Andrea Koweek, Brand Ambassador at the girl & the fig in Sonoma, was the co-founder and Pastry Chef of Crisp Bakeshop, a boutique bakery specializing in wedding cakes and dessert displays, which joined forces with the girl & the fig in 2018. She has been teaching baking classes throughout the Bay Area for over fifteen years.
