Through lecture, demonstration and hands on experience, learn to make the “best ever” tiramisu with Chef Doug Cavaliere. During class we’ll be discussing a brief history of this popular Italian cake. Through demonstration and hands on application, we’ll learn to construct our tiramisu using a classic biscuit cake, mascarpone cheese, zabaglione Italian custard, espresso flavored Chantilly and of course soaked in espresso/Kahlua syrup. We will explore some elegant garnishes to finish this classic cake and send you home with a delicious cake to share with friends and family.
A light lunch will be served during class.
