Description

A tasty and healthy pancake mix for the whole family. This whole grain pancake mix is packed with 3g of protein per serving (1 pancake) and energy from six organic grains: organic whole hard red winter wheat, organic whole millet barley, organic whole corn, organic whole soft white wheat, organic whole rye and organic wheat flour.

Product Specifications

Pancake & Waffle Recipe:

• 1 Cup Milk
• 3 Tablespoons Oil
• 1 Egg
• 1 1/2 Cups Mix

Note: for 100% organic pancakes & waffles, make sure to organic milk, oil and eggs.

For Pancakes:

1. Heat skillet over medium-low heat or electric griddle to 375˚.
2. Place milk, egg, and oil in medium bowl. Stir with whisk until smooth.
3. Add pancake mix and stir just until large lumps disappear (do not over mix). Let stand for 1-2 minutes.
4. Lightly grease cooking surface and use about 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake.
5. Flip when pancakes bubble and bottoms are golden brown.

For Waffles:

Follow recipe above and pour into lightly greased waffle iron. Enjoy!
