January 8, 2027 @ 12:30 pm - 4:30 pm
There’s nothing more comforting on a cold January day than a bowl of good soup!
In this hands-on class, small teams will craft their own soups from scratch, coming together for a full spread: classic favorites, global influences, and comforting standbys.
Join David as he walks you through the basic of stock making and shows how a range of liquid bases, from classics such as beef and chicken to specialty broths such as shrimp, parmesan, coconut milk, and even water, can transform into somethi9ng entirely different and complex.
Our soup lineup:
- French Onion
- Tortellini in Brodo
- Creamy Tomato
- Potato Leek
- Italian Wedding
- Bisque
- Asparagus
- and Tom Kha Gai (Thai Coconut Chicken Soup)
You’ll leave with an array of go-to recipes and real technique. This is the kind of class that pays off all winter long!
Class ends with a sit-down meal of everything we cooked together. Soup menu is subject to change.
