Greek Summer Table with David Groff
July 17 @ 12:00 pm - 4:30 pm
Chef David Groff will guide you through flatbread techniques using Central Milling flour while exploring the bold, herb-driven flavors of the Mediterranean and refining essential skills like frying and grilling.
Working in teams, students will create a vibrant Greek buffet built around a generous mezze spread, including homemade pita, crisp falafel, creamy hummus, smoky baba ghanoush, and cool tzatziki.
Students will also prepare:
- silky avgolemono
- grilled lamb rib chops
- halloumi with juicy summer tomatoes
- and an iconic honey-soaked baklava.
Come ready to cook, collaborate, and enjoy a generous late-summer Greek feast together!
