You have two options of ticket, either with accommodations or just class ticket. Please see below for your options and let us know of any questions!

Option One: Class ticket only

For the participants who would like to make their own travel plans from start to finish. No Hotel or transportation included.

 

Course Tuition: $1200
June 12th -June 14th
9am-5pm each class day

 

Cost includes class tickets, all class materials, and lunch provided on class days.

Participants will provide their own lodging and travel accommodations. Some Hotel options available below.

Option Two: Class ticket and hotel accommodation (limited availability for these dates!)

Let us take care of your hotel accommodation and stay at our partner hotel just minutes away from class. (No transportation is included)

Course tuition: Starting at $1750
Hotel reservation: June 11th– June 14th (Option to extend or reduce as needed)
Class Days: June 12th -June 14th
9am-5pm each class day

 

All-inclusive pricing includes a studio suite style room with a kitchenette, free wifi, laundry room, and 24 hour pool and fitness room.
** Please note, you will pay the starting fee when purchasing this ticket below $1750. Our program Coordinator will then reach out to confirm your ticket and stay. You will have the option to extend or reduce your stay at this time, as well as select a more premium room option if available. A refund will be given if you reduce your stay, or you will be able to pay any difference for an extension or upgraded room.**

3 minutes from the Baking Center, 26 minutes from Santa Rosa Airport, 1 hour from Oakland Airport, 1 hour 15 minutes from San Francisco Airport

Cancellation policy

Please note that 10% of the class tuition costs are non-refundable in the event you need to cancel.

For Class tickets only:
Cancelling before April 15th to receive 90% of full ticket cost
Cancelling between April 15th-June 5th Receive 40% of full ticket cost
No refunds for Cancelling after Weds June 5th

For Class and Hotel accommodations:
Cancelling before Weds June 5th to receive 90% of full ticket cost
No refunds for Cancelling after Weds June 5th

FINAL NOTE
Please only purchase the amount of tickets approved by the coordinator who confirmed your attendance.

I agree to release and hold harmless Central Milling, Keith Giusto Bakery Supply and Artisan Baking Center (hereby referred to as "ABC") and their officers, employees and agents, from and against any and all claims and/or liability for any injury suffered while I participate in an ABC cooking event/class.

I understand that my participation in this event/class is voluntary. I recognize and understand that culinary classes have inherent risks and hazards and that my participation is solely at my own risk, and that I assume full responsibility for any resulting injuries, illnesses, and damages.

I also give my consent for full and unrestricted use of my image and/or voice, for use by ABC for promotional purposes and in all media. All such representations of every kind shall remain the property of ABC. I acknowledge that I have carefully read this release and hold harmless agreement.

Registering for an ABC class will automatically opt you into our email list to receive class schedules and special events at our Baking School. You can opt out at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email.

Please note that 5% of the class tuition is non-refundable in the event you need to cancel.

If you cancel with at least 3 days' notice, you will receive either a full cash refund less 5% or credit towards a future class. If you cancel with less than 3 days' notice, you will receive credit for a future class. We're sorry, no refund for classes cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice.
