100% whole barley flour milled on our short flow roller mill. This mill keeps it cool (unlike a stone mill) and whole without separating (like a stone mill). Besides our Living Sprouted Grain (sprouted barley in particular), whole barley flour is probably one of our healthiest grains. Adding this to your bread has all sorts of health benifits. We recommend that you store this flour in a cool and dry place. 65°F and 60% humidity is ideal. The flour will keep for 6 months to a year under these storage conditions. We also recommend that you store the flour in a sealed food-safe plastic container. Something like this will do fine.
