This is not your typical All Purpose flour … it will knock your socks off! We make this flour with low protein hard red winter wheat which gives biscuits, pancakes, quick breads, pie crusts, and your dinner roll dough a soft yet strong structure. It even makes killer baguettes! It is perfect for any yeast risen or chemically leavened application making it a true All Purpose baking flour.

Storage Recommendations

We recommend that you store this flour in a cool and dry place. 65°F and 60% humidity is ideal. The flour will keep for 6 months to a year under these storage conditions. We also recommend that you store the flour in a sealed food-safe plastic container. Something like this will do fine.
