Arguably the worlds oldest cultivated wheat, Einkorn’s flavor has a story to tell. It’s bold, yet mild. Nutty and round. Dark and mysterious. You can feel the history in this grain. It’s ability to develop strength may be disappointing but you will find it’s a great candidate for short bread crusts, dense vollkorn style breads, and in sprouted applications. Our Einkorn is 100% whole.

We recommend that you store this flour in a cool and dry place. 65°F and 60% humidity is ideal. The flour will keep for 6 months to a year under these storage conditions. We also recommend that you store the flour in a sealed food-safe plastic container. Something like this will do fine.
